So, What Is This Place?
That's a fair question.
Infinity Drift & Bloom started with me making things.
Then, apparently, I had other ideas.
So now this is part handmade shop, part creative playground, part collection of things I've learned the hard way, and part place for people who would like to make, try, build, or figure something out without somebody yelling at them about the “right” way to do it.
The handmade side is still very much here.
I make what interests me. Resin, plants, beads, shells, thrifted things that clearly need another life, and whatever else wanders across my path and makes my brain say, Ohhhh...I could do something with that.
I don't mass produce. I don't particularly care what's trending. And when something is gone, there's a very good chance I'm going to wander off and make something completely different instead.
But somewhere along the way, Infinity Drift & Bloom became about more than the things I make.
I like figuring shit out.
And once I've figured something out, I have a very hard time keeping the information to myself.
So you'll also find writings, creative experiments, things to try when you need to get out of your own head, and resources for people trying to build handmade businesses without turning themselves into full-time content machines or following somebody else's twelve-step formula for success.
Some of it is useful.
Some of it is weird.
Some of it exists because I wondered what would happen if I tried it.
That's pretty much this place.
Come in. Look around. Take what helps. Ignore what doesn't.
And if something here makes you want to create something, try something, or think wait...maybe I could do that—
even better.
The Human Behind the Beautiful Chaos
Hi. I’m Tami.
And if you’ve spent more than five minutes wandering around here, you’ve probably already figured out that I have a hard time staying in one lane.
I make things. I write things. I grow things. I take perfectly ordinary objects and wonder what else they could be. I can start the morning working with resin, spend the afternoon researching something I absolutely did not need to know yesterday, and somehow end the day with three new ideas and another project spread across the table.
That’s pretty much how Infinity Drift & Bloom happened.
I’m not an artist who works in one medium. I’m not a business expert who has spent twenty years teaching people how to become entrepreneurs. And I’m definitely not someone who has figured out the secret formula for doing any of this perfectly.
I’m a person who gets curious, dives entirely too far into things, figures them out, tries them in real life, screws some of them up, learns something, and usually wants to tell somebody what I discovered.
For a long time, I thought all those different interests were supposed to be narrowed down into something more sensible.
Pick one thing. Stay in your lane. Build a recognizable brand. Follow the formula.
Turns out, I don't particularly enjoy lanes.
So Infinity Drift & Bloom became the place where all of it gets to live together.
The handmade pieces. The experiments. The writing. The things I'm learning about building a business. The things I've learned from getting it wrong. The random idea I absolutely need to try because my brain won't leave it alone.
There isn't a carefully polished expert standing behind this website.
There's just me—building something, learning as I go, and sharing the useful parts along the way.
Some days that means making something beautiful.
Some days it means figuring out why something isn't working.
And some days it means looking at an ordinary object and thinking:
Okay...but what else could I do with that?
Welcome to the beautiful chaos.
